CONTRACTS GIVEAWAY DAY
At the beginning of January, a date is set, and the DTS B11 conference room is invested for a purpose far more interesting than a medical lecture.
In fact, this is a highly awaited day, especially for Med I students, as the exchange contracts are distributed to all students. Prior to the event, priorities would have been set, and the most active members of SCOPE rewarded by choosing their privileged destination early on during the giveaway! Also, other active members in the different committees of LeMSIC are thanked for their efforts in favor of their committees by a privileged priority slot.
This is the Bulk of SCOPE’s internal activities for its member, and the same reason of its existence.
For the past 10 years, more than 6000 students got to travel with SCOPE on an exchange clerkship in a foreign hospital, and they all knew their destination during this day!
This year will be no exception! All the work that SCOPE-LeMSIC has been doing the year before at the international level is reflected on that day… all the contracts that have been signed are put on the table, and this year it has been quite a productive one, with a record signing of near 70 contracts .
